    Having the right environment is key. Our surroundings influence our decisions more than we think, doing things we don’t feel like doing is hard enough as it is, let alone having life throwing distractions at us all the time.Joining this community will help change that.

    Community

    You will be surrounded by like-minded people who are exactly that, JUST LIKE YOU working on becoming better versions of themselves. Similar to how a library/gym/yoga studio works, having people around you on the same mission as you serves as a powerful motivator.

    Structure

    The schedule for the sessions remains consistent week to week. Your brain will soon learn and expect these sessions when the week rolls round again. This will become your cue, it will make doing the work you want to do easier the more you get this habit into play and you'll be able to apply it to your own time.

    Location

    Knowing these sessions are running on a consistent basis, it allows you to prepare where you want to work for the session and will give you time to design your own safe/quiet and protected space to work on what you need to.

    Time

    You don’t have to think about when and for how long you need to work on your tasks. The sessions take this decision away from you freeing up your mind so you can concentrate on just doing. 

    Easy

    Put the session in your calendar and all you have to do is show up, that cue will will often send you into the routine and you'll start doing what you need to do and before you know it, you’ll be tackling the things you’ve been putting off! Come along and try it to find out.

Weekly work sessions:

Every week we have work sessions designed for you to concentrate on completing the tasks you know you should be doing but have struggled to do. (Think of it like going to study at the library, or working out at a gym)

The Sunday session is our main session 7pm BST, (2pm US eastern 11am Pacific)

  • First 30 mins - Group coaching - I run through discipline practises, habit development, and discuss motivation principles.
  • We then run a 1 hr work session split into two 30 minute slots. 
  • After, (optional) we have 20 mins of Q&A on best work practises, and chilled chat
Midweek sessions:

Every Wednesday we have our midweek focused work session. Here I give a welcome, some Q&A in the chat and we state what we are working on. Finally we start the 30 mins focus work sessions

Wednesday session 8.30pm BST, (3.30pm US eastern 12.30am Pacific)

There will also be additional sessions throughout the week to join, you'll be notified of these each week.

Monthly goal setting and strategy session

At the beginning of every month, (first Sunday) we have a goal setting strategy session. I go through principles on how to set goals you can actually achieve and then we set them during this session. I will send out a form for you to fill in with your goals. This stays private between you and I, but will serve as a point of accountability and to track progress. 

Monthly review sessions and awards!

The last Sunday of every month, we will be reflecting on our month. I will be discussing how we can evaluate our performance, how we can learn from our experience and what you can do to improve for the next month.

There will also be awards for those in the group who’ve made significant progress, prizes to be won!

Throughout the month, I will be running workshops on specific topics around building habits, discipline, consistency and running group Q&As to help you build that momentum.
